Redneck Sushi
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened 4 oz Salsa 4 Green Onions, finely chopped 4 large Flour Tortillas 10 slice Bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped into small pieces 16 thin slices Deli-style Ham 2 Jalapenos, diced |
In a medium size bowl, mix together cream cheese, salsa, and onions until fully combined. Spread tortillas with mix, leaving a half inch edge. Top each with bacon and ham, then roll into tight cylinders and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge, discard plastic wrap, and cut each roll into 1-inch pieces. Each roll should yield about 8 pieces. |
